The rubber hose of the refueling machine, that is, the special oil pipe for the oil pump, is a kind of industrial hose, which is suitable for transporting gasoline, diesel, including oxidized fuel (up to 15% miscible oxygen compounds) and gasoline containing a small amount of additives at normal temperature.

Step 1: Form
According to the structural form, the rubber hose of the refueling machine can be divided into ordinary type and oil and gas recovery type. The rubber hose is a single pipe, which is mainly used for transporting diesel oil in the actual use process. The oil and gas recovery hose is a kind of oil and gas reverse coaxial hose. One end of the hose is connected with the oil and gas separator, and the other end is connected with the oil and gas recovery type refueling gun or oil and gas recovery type pull off valve. The gas circuit is inside the hose, and the oil circuit is between the inner tube and the outer tube of the hose.
2. Pipe structure
The rubber hose of the refueling machine is the same as the ordinary industrial hose, which is composed of the inner rubber, the outer rubber and the middle layer.
(1) Inner adhesive layer: generally black oil-resistant NBR.
(2) Reinforcement layer: copper-plated steel wire or high strength synthetic fiber braid.
(3) Outer rubber layer: black super wear-resistant, anti-aging synthetic rubber.
3. Use pressure
The working pressure of the hose of the common refueling machine is set at no more than 1.6MPa, and the bursting pressure can usually reach 4.8MPa.
4. Joint form
The common joint forms on the market have two kinds of clamping and internal expansion. The connection thread of the ordinary type of refueling machine hose is mainly NPT, BSP, BSPT and other forms, and the connection thread of the oil and gas recovery type of refueling machine hose is mainly M34 metric thread.
