The rubber soft connection has the characteristics of easy installation and reliable sealing. The product can be used in circulating water pipeline system. Rubber soft joints need to pay attention to the following points when installing:
1, because the strength of the ear part of the flexible rubber joint is relatively low, then if the bonding method is not accurate, the strength of the joint will be reduced, such as cutting, grinding and the next layer of cloth, grinding too much, the lap length is not enough, the number of steps is not enough.
2, the strength of the rubber soft joint link is relatively low, then if the bonding method is not accurate, the strength of the joint will be lower, there may be cracking;
3. The length of the link in the process of using the flexible rubber soft joint is not enough, forcibly exceeding the link length, and expanding the contraction range at will may also crack;
4, flexible rubber soft joint under the influence of outdoor bad weather, exposure, etc., lower than the use temperature may also crack. The reason that easily causes the rubber soft joint to crack is that if the conveyor belt does not use sealing glue, or the direction of the rubber soft joint is wrong, the cracking of the joint is normal;
5. After the flexible rubber soft joint is installed, pull the belt freely in other places of the pipeline here beyond the expansion range, and it may crack;
6, the strength of the conveyor belt flexible rubber soft joint ear is lower than the strength of the normal belt body. In order to prevent the cracking of flexible rubber soft joints, we should pay attention to protecting them in usual use.
